Yuck, it's already outlandish without it lol the gum sole is gross

Someone here mentioned that the NMD R2's plastic side piece can dig into your foot if you have wide feet. Well I have wide feet and when I tried on the R2's it made them really uncomfortable and annoying. Fuck the R2s.

I don't have wide feet particularly but yep, that EVA rear plug digs into my arch when walking so I don't wear them as often as I do my R1s.

Ah that sucks. The block fits right in my arch and feels so comfortable. I can see that being an issue with wide feet.

Hey Sneaker-GAF

Long time lurker on this thread, first time posting.

I just wanted to say I've picked up a couple of pairs of New Balance 574 Sport and it's the most comfortable lifestyle shoes I've had. Highly suggest trying it out.

I have the cheaper black/blue synthetic vers and I love them.

I have wide feet and this is like the first deece looking shoe i've had in forever that doesn't crush the shit out of my feet. they're bomb

Yeezys with gum sole...what a time to be alive.

Story of my life. Every time I see a new style and I'm looking into purchasing it, it's a damn women's shoe and I'm a men's size 13. Women's shoes always have the nicest colors lol.

God help me if the NMD R1 Multicolor Dot is women's only.

Do people really call out guys wearing women shoe though?

Apart from the difference in sizing, i don't see any issue wearing women sneakers.

Nah. Since I'm a size 7.5 or 8 in men's, I've happily picked up a few pairs of women's sneakers and get way more compliments and dudes asking what they are than I have with any men's shoes.

Never seen it in my experience. Basically if you can fit into a women's only colorway of a shoe you want, go for it.

I luckily fit into a women's size US 10, as I wear a men's US 9, so I can get away with it, though I need to size half a size up sometimes due to the toebox being more narrow on certain models.

Women always get better colourways. The Air Max 90 is a perfect example of that. Nike should have gone full unisex sizing ages ago.

I honestly think all shoe companies should go full unisex sizing, especially when 95% of the colorways offered are the same for both. There are also some women's only styles that are really great looking while the men's only styles are so bulky and busy-looking.

After all, Nike just recently put out women's only versions of the Blazer SB due to many of the women riders complaining about some of the compromises they've had to deal with wearing men's skateboarding shoes. If anything, I'm sure there are guy skateboarders out there that could also benefit from wearing the shoes, especially if their feet run on the smaller, narrow side.

I don't either. I'm a Men's size 13 though. If I could get some of the women's shoes in a women's 14-14.5, I would in a heartbeat. Women's shoes cap out at 11 in most cases.

Also, women's shoes are more narrow. They're a B in width by default and men's shoes are usually D in width. My foot's kinda narrow though, so I could make it work if I had the option lol.

So i have this sneaking suspicion that the EQT 93/17 is actually bad for my Knee.

Let me explain.

I have had a weak/bad knee for quite a few years now. Once i got the ultraboost, it started feeling alot better, and feel like i can jog again without the knee starting to act up. Its comfortable and good for my knee.

Then i got the 93/17s, and it was even more comfortable when walking. It is super mushy so it feels great. However when i wear it full time, my knee starts acting up again. Wore it for a few weeks as my primary sneaker, and my knee feels like its at its worst ever. I suspect the mushiness of it is actually not good for the joints even though it feel great when walking.

So i started wearing the 93/16s this past week, which has an ultraboost midsole. And my knee is feeling much better again. the aching pain has subsided alot.

Could be a coincidence, but i think they may be a problem for me.

Why would anybody buy the Big Mac Yeezys what would you wear with them?

When you wear loud colorful sneakers, you usually need to make the rest of your outfit as neutral as possible.

I dislike loud shoes, cause then it makes your entire outfit all about the shoe.

So another Pusha T collab for the 97/16s

Not sure the point of this, and why he choose to use the 97/16s PKs again. they are not a popular model.

Not sure how i feel about this. Brown is one of my favorite colors, but this brown is kinda ugly, as well as that fish scale texture.

Yeezys were getting boring, at least they are trying things. After the zebras, these are the most interesting imo, even if I likely wouldn’t rock em

That's gotta be the cheapest price increase for iDs I've seen. Retail on the laceless is £180 and they are only charging £5 extra for iD.

My interest in the VMs has sort of evaporated now that I have the Zoom Flys. Also doesn't help that Nike keeps releasing extremely similar colourways for the VM. So much grey.

Not a big fan of the nike zoom silhouettes and their CWs, do you just have the zoom flys or did you get the 4% too?

The VMs have really grown on me the more I wear them, but you do need to wear them pretty much every day for a month at first to really break them in. Until then, it's like when you're walking in studs on the concrete from the changing room to the pitch.

Cool, do you use them for casual use or exercise? If the former, how do they compare to either VaporMax or Ultra Boost?
Only casual wear so far. Haven't ran in them yet. I'd say they are more comfortable than both the VMs and the UBs.

There is a sinking feeling when it comes to boost and I've never really felt like there is much of a bounce, or an energy return, with the Zoom Flys it feels like walking on pillows. When you put your foot down there is a light and incredibly comfortable cushioned feel which then gradually bounces back up when you lift your foot. I guess the best comparison I could make is like walking on a memory foam pillow.

oooh interesting, how's the durability? See a lot of peeps in the reviews complaining that the midsole deforms pretty quickly but they could be running in them rather than using them casually

Can't really comment on the durability personally. Haven't had them long enough. Most of the durability complaints I've seen refer to the Vaporfly, with the sole wearing down quite quickly after runs.
