America's Army Registration?

I downloaded the new America's Army 2.1 (Special Forces Expansion) and successfully installed, but I can't seem to create a user account to store my earned medals (marksmanship, etc.) Their website says Account Management Closed. Anyone else able to create a new account or login to the game?
