Ah, thanks for the clarification. This hasn't been posted on the official IR website, has it?

Edit: nope, doesn't look like it.

What, they both sold out at launch? Well, that's good.

Anyway, did you get to see a Monolith Software staff member hiding in the shadows?

Other places even before the game came out were sold out of "pre-orders" and the bundle. Saw signs for that like last week.

ULTROS!

People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks.

I wonder if we will even see a sequel in the west. SE probably won't do it but the question is will Nintendo do it again?

The first entry sold too well for the second entry being ignored. But SQEX doesn't care about handheld devices anymore after all so who knows.

Hm, no good numbers for BD2 ... i liked the first game. How were the sales in the west? I hope high enough for SQEX to warrant a release outside of Japan.

Btw. this week is Golden Week, right? Could it be possible for the sales to rise, seeing the increase in the numbers releasing next week?

Too many gamers turned off by Bravely Default's second half I'd wager.

Is that the thing where they said it was like an endless loop or something. I saw lots of people complaining about it here when it came out.

HN mk2 : 34k
HN V : 36k

umm this is the 7th one but I can't find the other 5 lol

Well, being a cheap sequel they could probably bank on it, also thanks to a rightly Western release.

Talking about the franchise.

Yeah I know it sold well but the lack of any news concerning the localization of a sequel to a good performing game rises question in my head. I really think SE doesn't give a fuck.

I haven't really followed it closely -- why is the consensus that BD 2 was mishandled? A real shame about the sales drop off though. :( I absolutely loved the original.. put in well over 100 hours if I recall.
