I was already ready to play TH, but now it's a day-one purchase for me on the sole basis of DD whipping out the enormous brass balls and thumping them down on the haters' dinner table. It's one thing to tell one of the big industry press outlets at a media day that you're confident in your game - but it's another thing entirely to throw yourself into the crowd and hope that they'll catch you in the mosh pit.

Fact is, he's saying better than most, and I'm sure he's not meaning it as better than 51% of the games out there this year. When I think something is better than most games, I'm thinking along the lines of MGS4 for one example. That's a game someone can say that and I'd agree. He needs to define "most", as right now I'm winging it and going to say it's supposed to be better than MGS4 now. I do agree though, this was very very clever advertising though to generate a little hype on a game that was rapidly falling into bargain bins before the game is released.

i'm not a denis hater or too human hater at all. i like SK. but really? 10+ years of development with 2 other games to come out in that time. it's already a failure. it doesn't matter if it gets a 95. other games developed in 1/3 of the time achieved the highest scores possible with some pubs (mgs4, gta4). i just hope it's a great game so the situation isn't all bad. it's just already a failure as far as time and efficiency in manpower is concerned. SK should have put out 2-3 more games during it's development time that should have 90+ rankings. not a knock on the game more of a knock on SK in general. but like i said i like SK! so don't think i'm just saying it to be a dick or anything.

I firmly believe that Too Human will fall somewhere in between "not shit" and "decent", so I guess I am FOR!!!
Hack and slash dungeon stuff isn't my cup-o-tea, but if a game has that special something that draws me to it I can find myself liking it even if it's not a genre I'm usually a fan of. Too Human has not shown me that spark yet, so until it does I'll continue to not give a shit. I'm only saying for because I think it's got too much hype to get less than 8's from the majority of reviewers. Even if it was complete shit you'd still be looking at metacritic around 70% with the power of MS at your back.

I for one thought that the initial concept was awesome, but have lost all faith in the game over the past 12 months. The previously planned 4 player co-op would potentially have been it's saving grace, but since it's been scaled back to 2 it's probably become my least anticipated 2008 360 release.

If the Against win the game should be patched to include a loading screen that bears the GAF logo nd the legend "Owned by the GAF". This would be a suitable risk.

Our preview code should arrive tomorrow. We are allowed to capture a few minutes of video from it so we'll do a video preview with it. I've played it already at a MS event and to be honest is was the opposite of impressed. I'll have a fresh look at it tomorrow.
