What? One option only, and it's to not have any avatar? What is going on?

User CP -> Edit Profile -> External Avatar Location: "The URL of an avatar hosted by another service provider"

Because "Edit Avatar" is a separate system for server hosted avatars, rather than externally hosted avatars.

Give us time and redundant options should be removed to lessen the confusion.
