Oh, okay. Next month's due date will be the week after E3, so there'll be more time then. Still, it's usually better to predict early than risk missing it for the month. :)

Its funny in a way. The Industry itself is showing all the usual signs of what would be the normal transition phase. Problem is only Nintendo is transitioning while the other two try to ride another year or two for profitability reasons.

Fatigue is real and it doesnt wait for anyone to say ok we are ready now.

Prototype 1 sold 420k on the 360 alone in its first month, really bad decline.

360 is still doing well but we need Next-Gen. New hardware always brings new games and that is what the industry needs to get them out of this slump.

Of course, I have yet to hear of any retailer-exclusive games turning out to be a success, so it may not have charted anyway. Then again, with the small upper bound this month, perhaps it would have.

As was mentioned in the other thread, it could be a reason for NPD not to include it in the report as that would reveal exactly how much GameStop sold which is likely confidential.
