Looks like that leak what spot on after all. I'm actually laughting at people at the time on reddit saying it was fake because it would be 2 pyro claymores on standart banner, and thats impossible.

Well it doesn't make a lick of sense so those reactions are to be expected.

Second half banners for 3.5 are Ayaka and Shenhe. No Eula alongside Mika. What are these people thinking?

I have nothing against those characters, I just question why they would put Ayaka on the banner after the sale for her skin ends, and why they would pair them up with Mika who has virtually no synergy with them. Why not just do the Eula rerun like everyone expected?

I'm definitely not wasting my few primos on a bad character I'll be able to get passively down the line. I assume her sales are gonna suck. Man I'm salty. They dumped one of my favorite characters on the standard banner, there's no Eula to pull for, and 3.6 consists of a groomer and a BL power bottom.

This. It's not just Dehya. They can turn any future 5 star into a standard banner character from now on without rhyme or reason. Must be some kind of legal thing where they have to say up front whether the character is limited or not, but the consequences are bad for us.

With just what I had saved, thanks to the refund, got Mei to full 4/4 in 3 10-rolls (with the free selector). No dupes other than getting her weapon twice in a single 10-pull, felt good.

Then I spent everything I had as far as blue tickets/crystals and got Kiana on the last pull before I would have run out. It was very painful up until that. Threw the remaining pink tickets at her equipment banner and through some miracle got her weapon, so I'm stopping here. I'm a little over halfway to the Kiana costume. We'll see if I splurge a little and try for Kiana's stigs to get the costume later. I want to wait until I get all the login bonuses before I buy a pack. Also my 1200 days is coming up very soon.

To be honest, I like the Kiana HoFs costume a lot less after they got rid of the weird bunny ear twist things for her hair. I actually am not a huge fan of any of the costumes this patch. Rita's barely feels different, Sushang's seems objectively worse to me, Kiana's is nice but the hair bun sucks. Was there a 4th one or am I misremembering? Anyways, the side-scrolling shooter event is pretty fun. Better than that exploration event from 6.3.

Yeah she isn't only really fun to play, but she's also kinda busted

She was only realm level 11 here and the PRI was only lvl 50 and completely stomped it; kalpas caught me by surprise cause he hits hard, but it was fun dodging and countering him. She pairs really well with kevin/villv/sakura.
Haven't tried kiana yet, but I'm expecting her to be even crazier because mei's free.

I like the fireworks effects on flamescion's outfit, but the purple outfit with the time effects is so crazy superior, I kinda wish it was in the same league. Rosemary's outfit can't compete with her secretary one.

• C6 Faruzan to apply gather and VV effect on her Burst. Looks like that investment paid off after all.
• Kokomi to heal if Benny can't solo heal, apply some vape hits in AoE and hope for the best
  • If Kokomi isn't necessary for heals, I'll try Mona memes to salvage Dehya's burst damage with the Omen buff.

That's all I got. If that doesn't work, then I don't know what else to do.

When in doubt, do the Xynian treatment. And by that I mean give her a sacrificial claymore. Xynian only works with sacrificial and when I mean she works it means she is less terrible. Because to even work her skill would have to function as they intended.

I think I read after beta tests started that Dehya's skill specifically does not trigger Sacrificial Greatsword's passive, so...

Here's a guy explaining it:

No. She has a recast, so it wouldn’t help with uptime. It would just let you drop it again instead of giving it more uptime. Her E is like Oz, recasting won’t do anything for uptime

So you'd get 1 extra ground slam but the max duration is unaffected, so you'll still have 8 seconds of downtime no matter which weapon you use.

Cheers, I quite appreciate the insight.

Before today, I was dead set on rolling on the weapon banner because I figured a chance like this might never come again (two weapons I'm interested in + I think it has Sac Frags and Sac Sword, which I also need more refinements of). But then, I figured as I'm interested in wishing for Baizhu and Shenhe when 3.6 comes around, wishing on the character banner to try to get Yelan's C1 (which would make OW exploration faster & more fun) at the risk of not getting her would be a tiny bit better overall, which is why I came here looking for advice haha. I really wish I had more than 100 measly fates lol although I'm not counting the primogems I could add to that before Yelan's banner ends + Welkin, of course.

Thanks for the advice the other day, lads. Forgot to post properly as I’m on holiday atm but I managed to get 2 Aquas in around 50 wishes (won both 50/50’s, first time that’s happened to me, ever) and with another 63 fates I managed to get a Homa!

Had some fantastic luck, but I probably wouldn’t have pulled on the weapon banner if it wasn’t for your comments haha. Cheers and good luck to all of you if you still have things left to wish for in these banners.

Wish I could have seen this thread before the mods pruned all of the controversial comments. Cowards.

Goes to show you what an "official" sub with MHY sponsored mods vs. a fansub looks like as far as moderation goes.

I'm sure that frustratingly for MHY, the Honkai Impact fansub is the largest one and they haven't been able to bend it to their will.

I hope those fine folks remember their posts for when the next survey comes around. Probably best to wait until after the character is released so the complaints aren't based on leaks though. I'm pretty sure MHY believes their characters are fine, but people just don't fully understand them because of those pesky leaks.
