It was no doubt EA's decision, not DICE's - EA seem to be very chummy with Microsoft at the moment.
In fact some DICE employees were sounding off on twitter about the Xbox One situation in their country.

I'll be having fun playing against the devs on PS4 on the original maps while Xbone players are on the new stuff.
You know they'll be on PS4 now if they are going to play console period.

Not bad. In the US, the MSRP for the AMG version of the SLS would be about $199,500. I think there are obvious shipping/import fees in that figure.
Anywho, nice to see for the show floor. Poor color choices though. Horrible IMO.
