Exactly my thoughts on both pointsHis voice lacks the robotic undertone effect the films had, it’s great they got Weller to do the game but at least have it sound better than just talking into a mic.
The gun sound is disappointing too, lacks the punch the film version had. Even Robocop vs Terminator on Genesis got that right.

Buying Day 1. I enjoyed Terminator Resistance and platinumed it twice. Hopefully they get on a roll and target more 80s classics. Tango & Cash, Commando, Total Recall, Cobra, Rambo (properly)

yea the gun def sounds a bit meh compared to the movieFix the sound for the Auto 9, just pull it directly from the films for fuck's sake. That and scan lines for the visor view and I'm sold.

Like I said, put it in VR, have eye tracked targeting, can even do the 'follow the pen' for calibration, even have the calibration go out of sync after you get hit many times which throws off the eye tracked targeting deliberately (well people wanted novel use of the eye tracking so why not)
Well I don't mean changing the foveated rendering or eye tracking in general, I just mean the targeting won't work correctly all the time (darting around the target instead of locking on first time). Anyways, doubt they'd do that (or VR) as you'd have to design a system around it.Wont that lead to players getting crosseyed a little idk?

You have to remember that this is an AA title (and hopefully it will be priced accordingly).
It's being made by the same studio as Terminator Resistence, and that was a good game, just made without the triple A budget.
I have high hopes for this.
